I just bought GSA and Ranker X I don't know how to really set my websites on them to get good results. Please I will like you to guide me on how to use the tools. If you are new, this is not how it's going to work.
First, try it yourself:
1. Learn the basics of how to use GSA SER and Ranker X.
2. Use GSA SER's best engines, like Articles and Forums, and Ranker X's premium links to build a tier 1.
3. Then, get a quality link list for GSA SER from GSA or BHW marketplaces. There are a few sellers who offer tier 1 safe links. Instead of blasting away, build 100-200 verified links to tier 1.
4. Next, grab an indexing service or create a tier 3 project on GSA SER (but I would suggest using an indexer instead) and wait for your backlinks to be indexed.
Most people don't get much success because they don't consider the indexing part. No matter what, make sure to index your hard-built backlinks.
Wait and see for new keywords to pop up on Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Console, etc.
I don't think anyone will provide 100% one-on-one support, but you can always come up and open a thread or post here for support.

Another vote for @ali.tab SerLib (you don't have an idea of the work behind it), but I'm not just stopping here, so here's my explanation.
RankerX, a powerful, functional, easy-to-use software, but stuck to what its coder wants, no possibility to customize anything and hundreds of users publishing on the same sites... not good.
SerLib, an extension with which we can control Chrome!!!, allows you to create your own engines to do many things, need I say more? You can publish on the same sites, and if something is not to your taste, modify it so that it does what you want, and if you want to automate something, you can do it...

Do you index your rankerx tier3 backlinks? Or just index tier1 backlinks?

I don't use Ranker X for tier 3 as it's very limited and only good for a few backlinks. Therefore, whenever I have an active subscription to Ranker X, I use it for tier 1.
For lower tiers to tier 1, I use GSA SER with good link lists (multiple link lists).
Go to YouTube and search for your inquiry; you will find plenty of tutorials. Some videos may be old but are still worth watching because GSA SER still uses the same classic UI, and SEO basics never change, at least strategies like tiered link building.
As I said, BHW, the GSA forum, and YouTube are the ways to learn.
