This is what I do

I buy stuff from ebay from my paypal money and sell them locally,craiglist etc. Sometimes I even make profit from selling them but my main reason is to get my money out from paypal.

I usually build relation with the sellers and ask them to to send me the invoice from next time I want to buy from them, we both save fees in this way.

I'm a newb at this (so take my posts with a grain of salt), but to me the easiest ways would be...

Buy giftcards. Send them to yourself!
Amazon is useful for this as they do e-giftcards. THis one is fastest and works as long as you planned to spend the money in stores or online anyway. If you need cash, however, it's not so great as most giftcards don't directly convert and you'll probably have to stick your giftcards on ebay with your real account to "cash out".

Buy items off yourself/freinds who have legit accounts.
This bolsters everyone's ebay ratings while looking nice and clean. On the down side, this might connect accounts together if you do this too much or have suspicious items. For example: your real account sometimes sells old video games for 10-20 each. You post a video game for $200 and buy it from yourself over and over. This doesn't look like your normal sales and it will seem strange if the same account buys the overpriced games over and over. Probably works best with multiple stealth accounts or by using normal-looking sales.

Bitcoin Exchanges
It doesn't have to be real bitcoins, just any cryptocurrency with an easy to use buy and sell exchange. Cash out by buying bitcoins with the stealth account, then liquidating them and sending the funds to your real one. Cryptocurrency doesn't leave much of a trail but the exchange rates can fluctate wildly so take it as you will.

Again, I'm a newb, but this sounds easiest to me so there you have it!

I'll give you a million dollar idea

1) Buy RELOADABLE Virtual Credit Card, common called as VCC

2) Link it to your stealth paypal account

3) Withdrawal cash to your new VCC

4) Make stealth Moneybookers account with that VCC

5) Make, or if you already have it skip this step, Moneybooker account on your real name

6) Transfer founds between Moneybookers

Once the money leaves paypal and reach Moneybookers you are safe, from whatever you are doing.

This is a very old idea.
Now does not need an moneybookers account, can now be withdraw to VCC or Bank account, then load it in debit card, need know only which VCC need used.

Buy starbuck egift card on ebay. They usually sell at good discount. Buy physical card at your local starbucks, transfer money from egift card to physical card. Sell physical on craiglist or to pawnshop.

I thought a vcc is a true non existent virtual card that cannot be withdrawn to?

What about venders that accept paypal? Could you pay for something with paypal and designate a different address without linking it? There must be hundreds of sites that accept paypal, would they all fare the same in this matter? What about paying via paypal and using in store pickup?

It's very easy to white wash Paypal money.
1. Get a RAT like Netwire or learn about socks.
2. Using your bots, open two fake Paypal accounts with fake info.
3. Transfer the money to the first fake PP account ad then again to the second.
4. Go to a forum where people are offering to exchange your PP to BTC and exchange them (the exchanger won't receive a chargeback!).
5. Transfer your BTC to a new BTC wallet and then again to a second BTC wallet. Now send it to your main BTC wallet.
6. Find a new exchanger and exchange back to Paypal.
7. Withdraw to your bank account.
8. Enjoy your money.

Why dont you pay the taxes and get legal money into your bank account. Clean money and no trouble with the tax authority.

So if i live in canada for example, then i get a paypal acc registered in canada, do i need a proxy to cash out?
