Best way to withdraw from PayPal?

u guys are way over reacting, unless u make ur making a living by putting 1000 ipads on on ebay and then taking all the cash and running, u dont really need a reason to be 100% stealth. The real purpse of stealth was to get back on eBay and stay under the radar, if u get banned for vero or some other stupid reason then there not gana come after u unless u owe a significant amount of money, after all that's what paypal is all about, money. They are too busy with lawsuits here and there to give a #$%$ about ur debt so they just sell ur debt off to come dodgy debt collection agency in India that will call u once a day and ask u to pay ur debt but cant do anything about it if u dont.

You are right and I also agree. They can cover the loss beause they are insured and sell the debt. Also they write the amount off there taxes for a tax deduction. Not only can paypal almost cover the loss but make back and maybe plus at times. Another reason why they dont do anything is it will cost them alot of time and money to fight the problem in lawyers etc. The only time they will pursue you and take you to court and get law enforcement involved. Is if you owe them 10,000 USD or more I have read that and heard it several times. Do you know if that is true? Also do you know if the amount has changed?

The issue here is not moving money from 1 paypal to another, its the fact that the OP wants to completely avoid withdrawing to official bank accounts.

Interesting ideas, how would this work with Amazon tho. For example if I created a stealth account on there?
you need to pass it on to someone to invest for you such as a financial adviser they are as shady as f%^ to start with 
leave it with them for say 12 months they will give you interest on the money you lend them higher than banks, but can also end up losing money unlikely as most of the financial advisers I'v seen are driving porches or Ferrari's and live in big fu$% off houses.
The idea is the more hands its passed around the harder its to trace =people like financial adviser's will know what to do have a word all they want is cash they don't care if its just been used to sniff some substance of a bog seat they will invest it in stocks and shares then pass the cash on to you smelling like crisp new pair of pants.

Well there has been plenty of good answers here:
The Freelancing idea sounds like a good one. You will have to use common sense ie; not creating the two accounts on the same day, different IP, different user account on comp maybe. Also you will need to create some dialogue between the two accounts like "Hey X i'd like to bid on this job" etc.
Other ideas: setting up an Ebay account with the address of a shipping agent, ie.Mail Boxes Etc. Then purchasing items with your Paypal balance and get them send there.
Find a supplier that you can regular work with, know's you, and will ship to a different address to what's given on Paypal
There are also people selling stuff on forums who require payment via Paypal Gift(I do this)
Set up a website selling any old shit with your regular Paypal, and then buy items with your Stealth account.
Set up one of those charity accounts where people donate money to your cause(Help The Money Washer Charity), then send donations from all your Stealth accounts. But then you risk all these accounts going down if they smell a rat.
You can also buy stuff on Ebay and get it delivered to your work address, Grandma's house whatever.

Im not really sure about that. I do log in few accounts from the same ip, just like this and im doing it from ages. Well, i dont work with big money, but i don't have any accounts suspended yet. This is true if they start some investigating because of member report or something, but there wont be any if you do such an activity. Just saying =) I need posts o

Go to the gas station, look for a prepaid DEBIT card from "nFinanse." Load $10 as required to purchase it. (It's $3, but requires at least $10 on the card to start.)
Next, call them up and tell them you want to register the card.. Register it to Randy Marsh, Bob Dole or Frank White.. Give them a bogus social, or the social of somebody you don't like.. or find one online.. Then go to their website, sign in and upload a bogus photo ID. If you have PhotoShop, this is easy and takes 2 minutes. (we're not defrauding anybody here, so don't worry. Just keeping their name on the account, not yours. Being prepaid, you're not going to rack up a load of debt in their name.)
Then go to the "direct deposit" page... Plug the routing number and account number into your Pay Pal as a bank account.... Withdraw funds to the card. Withdraw funds from any ATM or store that accepts debit cards. Cost is free (xfer to bank account is free) unless the ATM machine has fees. You can also use it as a normal card.. Do your grocery shopping, buy online, whatever.
This will also verify your PayPal account.
If you're really paranoid, do this all from your Boost mobile phone.

ONLY REALLY WORKS FOR AUSTRALIANS probably for US and other countries too, but not too sure about the prepaid cards available to you guys.
Go to AustPost, get a Load&Go prepaid credit card. Use this card to sign up with PayPal, eBay and verify etc.
Once you want to withdraw funds from your PayPal, go to withdraw to bank account, ADD THIS CARD as a bank account. The Load&Go card acts as a savings account - it has it's own BSB, account number and account name. Withdraw straight to the card, go to an ATM with withdraw cash.. BOOM anonymous PP withdrawals.

pretty sure that would get suspicious after a number of transactions, especially if you were using most of your funds for this store and he/she wasn't getting sales from anywhere else.
