Best way to rank a multilanguage site

Hi, i have my site translate to 6 languages (is where we have offices), but i want know how rank better.
the links are mydomain.com/en|cz|es|etc/page-name

This is a great question. You will want to perform localized SEO tasks and in-country link building for your specific domains. Unfortunately, if your English site is ranking well, your translated pages will not get the same treatment. Have someone knowledgeable about the particular language and its intricacies ranking the site in that language.
