My method would be:
Make a list of keywords for your website, add them to Market Samurai to monitor your website ranking on those keywords. Do some whitehat seo stuffs, optimize your site for those keyword, make a landing page.
Use Market Samurai to find a few articles relating to your keywords. Spin those articles, post them on your site. Extract the links for those articles.
Bookmark those articles link on social bookmark sites to create backlinks,also make your site index faster and scrawled by SE bot. Submit your articles to article directories, the same purpose as bookmark. Next, make an rss feed of all your article links, submit them to RSS directories to attract even more bot and indexed even faster.
Use scrapebox to scrape a few thousands forums and blogs. Make blogs comments and forums profiles to build a few thousands backlinks to your site.
Then, keep build more backlinks, keep build more backlinks, more backlinks, more backlinks ....

On how many bookmark sites should I post my website (real website) a day! and then on my blogs? Should I also add the links of the blog comments that I made to the RSS feed?
When I add my article to article directories, should I add a spun version to each one? or the same to every single one (which I think is not good)
If I scrape tons of websites and blogs, to comment on (howmany links a day should I more or less build with it ) and most of the blog comments are worthless if you don't put a proper comment on it. Not just spam comments. If I build a few THOUSAND links with it, will google sandbox me?
