Hello, i would like to post on multiple Facebook groups. Can anyone tell me of a good, reasonably priced software that will do this?

You can use software for that and there are a few different ones available but you need to be careful as to being aggressive.
Multiple accounts on different IPs going to their own landing page is best or you could end up losing all your accounts and having all your landers blocked by FB.

How about if I have seperate domains for each account and setting up a redirect on One,Will Facebook catch this?

In about 3 seconds.
FB follows the redirect faster than you can say Saturday Night Bonfire on the Beach.

So here are the two options I could personally think of:
1.How about I clone my main website and use it for the rest of the Domains,And while the payment option I redirect them to the Main Website?
2.How about I make Different Landers and setup a Redirect there in a button inside the Lander?

a little curious how far they go. for example, you have 3 totally different pages, but use the same affiliate link on them, sounds like they would catch you, right?
