I want to make web 2.0 for backlinks for my main website. Is it better to make different web 2.0 for a different main site? Should I make a lot of Tumblr blog on one account or one account per one blog? Can I share two different main website link in one web 2.0?

Yes, it is good.

One account per blog is the healthy way.

Can I share two different main website link in one web 2.0?
Both websites are same industry means you can use it one Web 2.0.

You know Web 2.0 isn't real?
If you want good backlinks to point to your site you need to create amazing content, promote it like you have already been doing, then find journalists-bloggers-webmasters-anyone who regularly writes about your topic and email them a short pitch.

Yes, its always good to create more web2.0 blogs for different main sites.
Yes, one account per blog is always better.
Yes, you can share 2 different main sites on one blog - write content as per your web2.0 niche.

1. Create web2.0 blogs on Usernames
2. Write unique informative content
3. Post One content only on 1 blog
4. Provide 2 links only one blog
5. Do not go for link wheel
6. Keep patience - Automatic crawl is the best

Create web 2.0 on different platform (WordPress, Blogspot, Tumbler, Weebly etc.)
Your content should be unique or informative.
Make sure to create filler pages like about us and contact us page for every web 2.0. your web 2.0 looks like a real website. try to post at least 2 articles in 1 web 2.0
