Best Way To Contact Twitter

Hello BHW, i had a malware attack on my blog sometime last year during the process i believe my link was blacklisted by twitter (Link containing malware), cos am unable to tweet the link nor add it in my bio... while i have my blog formatted and malware removed already, whats the fastest way to reachout to twitter to fix this? Cos twitter is one of my major source of traffic and i need to put my fanbase there to good use... before i use WP revive old post plugin to tweet old blog posts now i can't anymore... anyone has any idea how i can fix this?
