Hello , I'm new in SEO and want to know about what is the best way to build affiliate site.

is it more cost effective to build site that have many product reviews like 30-40 tech-product reviews than one product site ?

It would be best to group product based on niche. Getting websites done for a single product gone cost you a lot of money, mainly for domains.

You choose a niche, get 50-100 affiliate products in there and then build important static pages like about us, tou, contact...
