Best VPS That allows SEO Tools?

I never used a VPS don't know a lot about it but I would like one that has windows and can run some of my SEO tools. I also heard some turn off when you sign-off. So I would like one that I can keep running when I'm off my computer. I'm also on a budget so cheaper the better but I want to make sure it's secure and is good for SEO tools.

Any suggestions?

If you have decent budget go for the poweruphosting, a very fast and good vps and support is also amazing.

They are the best, seriously. I have never experienced any downtime nor interuptions since the day I registered with them.
The admin was also kind enough to give me free upgrades as I was a loyal customer with them.

LoL I am running proxy goblin 24/7 and using 180 private proxies with bermanhosting VPS - your statement is just wrong and false sry m8.
 
I'm using VPS that is advertised on the scrapebox' web site. It has 1 or 2 Gb RAM and unmetered traffic (you may expect the speed up to 60 MBit/s according to the scrapebox traffic monitor), paying $30/mo.

IMHO, I think any Windows VPS will work just as long as you read their terms of service (carefully!). Also, make sure that your using SEO software that you purchased and it is legal. You shouldn't have to pay $20+ per month for a "SEO" Windows VPS, I am paying $7 per month for a Windows VPS and it works just fine running SEO software.

Thanks. I was wondering about BH. Also use HMA pro so people don't report your ip back to your vps.
 
Not neccesarily, I got booted from my last VPS for running xrumer even though SB was approved by them (I never asked about xrumer, just assumed it would be ok).
