Best VPS for Xrumer?

Xrumer is mostly about CPU , Check out Hostamus or Aliasserver 
At the moment i'm using a 4gb VPS (2.7ghz Xeon CPU and 100gb HDD) from Hostamus and its running perfectly !

I would recommend getting yourself a dedi depending on how much blasting you plan on doing. Most vps provider can't give you enough bandwidth.

I run XRumer on Kimsufi.ie.... Have been for over 2 years.
My specs:
Windows Server 2008R2
Intel i5 4x 2.66GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
100mbps @ 10TB/mo
2TB Hard Drive
$54/mo
If I go over 10TB, my connection is either limited to 10mbps, or I can purchase more bandwidth for $2/TB.

OVH and Kimsufi are the same company. You just get no tech support with Kimsufi, so it's cheaper.
The trick is this:
Sign up for a free O/S, something like Linux Ubunti Desktop/Server. Then get yourself a Dell OEM key for Server 2008 (26Y2H-YTJY6-CYD4F-DMB6V-KXFCQ), go into your OVH control panel and set that as your Windows license. You'll now be able to install Windows Server 2008 R2.
Otherwise it's like $30/mo for a Windows license or some nonsense.

There dedicated servers are expensive yes, but they offer $50 VPS's now.

Would you mind to make some tutorial on how to set up windows server? I don't really know how to do it. There is so many options. Of course if you have time. Thanks

When you order your server, order something like Ubuntu. A free OS, if you order Windows, you'll be charged a license fee which is monthly. So just install one of the free OSes.
What you have to do is go into the online control panel for your dedicated server (OVH.ie->Manager->[click on your dedicated server]->Services), go to Windows License and enter this CD-key:
[I don't know all the rules about posting CD-keys, so you'll have to find it yourself. Google "windows 2008 r2 dell oem slp" and result #1 is what you're looking for.]
Once you've done this, go back to services for the dedicated server and do an OS reinstall and it will now allow you to install Windows Server 2008 R2.
Once Windows is installed.. Go to Start->Run->RegEdit
Navigate to: HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion
Change: RegisteredName & RegisteredOrganisation
From: OVH SAS
Make RegisteredName the computer name or something and leave organization blank.
Once you get your setup information and your server is ready, the whole process of installing Windows and getting onto the desktop takes about 30 minutes, most of which is install time. Go make a sandwich, come back and you've got Windows 2008R2 running.
