I've used Private Internet Access for several years now and have never had a problem. Their speeds are decent and they have a lot of servers to choose from. I hear good things about IP Vanish as well and have just started looking into them for service just to switch things up.

I found that https://www.safervpn.com/ has "no logging policy" (scroll down) so they have no info to provide.
 
I have used HMA before, and they do work as intended. But don't expect high anonymous proxies/VPN being used, as they are simply using datacenter-type of IPs for their VPN. However, what I don't really like is that when their server is busy or having a huge load, their VPN tends to drop quite often, where you can get disconnected and exposing your real IP in the process.
 
Express VPN #1 - Reasearched and called 8 other providers. ExpressVPN (due to the HQ geo location & the laws applied there) will protect you from even an court order.
 
I can only speak from my 2 month personal IM experience (or lack of it) but I've been using Nord and have not had a problem.
 
PIA and HMA couldn't hide my IP from Google and many other websites. Currently using Cyberghost and they are working properly.
 
Best vpn's on google listing are nearly 10 or above but the basic thing is now a days vpns are leaking the ip and the original ip may leak if u go to less cost vpn my suggesion is to buy Express Vpn as this vpn have an option for offshore ip it will be more safest thing
 
Honestly, there is no wayto hide your IP with out paying some good money.
