Another vote for ExpressVPN. It works well in China too. My friend swears by it in China as he watches many VPNs fall behind the wall.

Tried NordVPN to get an Italian IP - it's utter shite. I could not connect to any Italian server (one out of ever 10 I tried worked). I ditched NordVPN and bought a "shared" account on ebay for TunnelBear. Works perfectly!

Look up VPN providers that are not part of the 14 eyes. Usually these VPN's are the most anonymous.
