Buy a $5 VPS, install OpenVPN using any of the copious how-to guides available, use EasyRSA scripts shipped with it to generate certificates for all your devices and then connect using their native OpenVPN Connect client software. This is a technical endeavor, though, so your could as well hire some freelancer sysadmin to do it for you for a small fee.
 
NordVPN, ExpressVPN sucks I won't recommend using such VPNs who advertise a lot they always have a fake discount timer
running on their websites.
 
Using a bunch of VPN (Nord, PrivateTunnel, custom VPN).
Nord has the worst IPs now, lots of them are in BL.
