Just don't use anything that's in any "Top 10 VPNs" list on Google. Don't use Nord, don't use Express, don't use Windscribe etc
Also don't use a free version, those IPs have already been abused to hell and back. Ideally, consider shifting to residential proxies or rolling your own mobile proxy solution using 6-12 SIM cards.

You may search proxy, like Bright data, Smartproxy, 911 s5, and so on.
 
My advice is to create your own VPN. Use offshore servers. That's the best route.
 
I use protonvpn since 2 year and it is very useful and secure for my use ;)
 
I use HMA (Hide My Ass) & Express VPN, although I've heard HMA has had some incidents releasing members information - can anyone confirm?
