Best VPN for Windows, Linux, IOS, and no logging?

I have tried PIA and ExpressVPN. I don't know if there's one that's better, but I find that trying to register on sites is blocked when I'm on these VPNS, or if I already registered then I can't login on these for many of the locations that they provide the connections for. The sites I go to are all made from US locations since the services are for the US.

What is the best, but affordable VPN for Windows 10, Linux, IOS, and there's no logging?

ProtonVPN, VyrprVPN, NordVPN and others... btw, all VPN’s “log”. if you’re doing anything “illegal”, better get offshore highly anonymous vps.

Not entirely true. Protonvpn is based in Swiss, Nordvpn on some islands that no one cares about and i could bet that they keep 0 logs. Nordvpn is not really fan of illegal but only thing that they will do is terminate your account and nothing more, if they find out. They do keep credit card data, so basically you are the only one who can lead them to you. Use crypto.
Expressvpn is the one who i don't trust and generally any other based in US. They over there by law must keep at least some user, if they don't, well they will be the one responsible for any illegal shit done by their servers.

Nordvpn and protonvpn is what i recommend.

I could add Mullvad.net from Sweden, they have some of the best privacy policy available.

Also, they allow numbered accounts, which it means they do not ask for your email address. So if you get a numbered account and pay with crypto, they can't really know who you are.

I've been using CyberGhost for 6 months now, works great. They have no log policy and I think they are based in Romania or something like that. They also have Netflix specific servers for US and UK so you can watch without a problem.
