Best video to text offline tool you are using?

Hi guys I have some video's which in total is like 9Gb and I want to get these video's into text form meaning the audio in it to be auto generated into a text file or word file. I know there are many online tools for this but I want an offline tool which simply I drop the files In and it would process and generate a text file. Any recommendations which have worked for you?
