Best Video Sharing Social Sites

Hi I work in the music industry and want to use a sites such as Vine/Keek etc to share videos to people aged 16-25 in the UK and abroad.

Does anyone have any best practice for those which sites you would recommend using?

Ideally I am looking for the best traffic/views and shareability on Facebook/Twitter
