I have a question for CPA experts

I’ve been working with several CPA networks for about a year now, mainly using free traffic sources. But now I’m planning to switch to paid traffic

Has anyone here tried a paid traffic source that actually delivered real conversions?

I’m open to any source PropellerAds, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc...

Just to clarify, I’ll be using OGAds with a content locker

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s tested a traffic source and got solid results

Its very hard to get even with CPA and media buying mate, unless you're ready to burn serious cash just for testing various offers and geos in different permutations.
Even after you find a somewhat decent offer, most networks would lower the EPC within a week. So there is no fixed offer and fixed traffic source anyone can recommend.
Stick to free traffic sources and try to brainstorm unique ways to get your conversions.

Facebook Ads and Google Ads can work well for CPA if targeting is tight, but push networks like PropellerAds often give cheaper tests, just track closely to cut bad traffic fast.
 
Which niche?
Propeller Ads is good
I also suggest zeropark, richads and admaven

If you are running adult cpa offer, Trafficstars, TrafficFactory and TrafficJunky are the best

Consider using Earnify if you want to try some native ads, they could work fine with cpa offer

The niche I'm working on is gaming, and I'm using a content locker

Not Properllerads. It doesn't allow content lockers. Also, Ogads doesn't like Push Pop traffic as it's low quality traffic.

Better to stick with Fb, Tiktok ads. Make sure you find a niche that converts crazy. Otherwise just waste money.

If you are using OGAds with content locking, push and pop traffic networks like PropellerAds and Zeropark work well for many affiliates because they allow aggressive angles. Social platforms like Facebook and Google can convert but require strong cloaking and high-quality prelanders to avoid bans. TikTok ads are another option for niches like giveaways or apps. What niche are you planning to promote with the content locker?
 
If you are using OGAds content locker, then for paid traffic, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, and Push traffic like PropellerAds, RichPush are popular and tested options. Facebook Ads are best for highly targeted audiences, but ad approval is strict, so using a pre-lander is necessary.

propeller push can hit if u prewarm landers + rotate cloaks right. fb still king for cloaked sweepstakes but burn rate high, need aged accs + bm farm. google display ok if u run clean geo+offer match, else fast kill. test small, scale what sticks.
 
If you use it on Google and Facebook ads, you must use hidden links. For Google, you should use old accounts with spending because if you use a new account, you can easily get suspended if you use hidden ads.

What stops you from scaling your free traffic operation?
 
Best traffic source for cpa are networks with real traffic.
These are
Tier 1 are google, bing, facebook, instagram, pinterest, telegram, tiktok ads.
Tier 2 are taboola and outbrain
Tier 3 are rest of them, everything else, full of bots and with a little bit of real traffic. But very cheap.
 
For CPA with content lockers, Facebook ads and Google ads can be tricky since they dont like that type of offer. a lot of people use propellerads, Push ads, and native ads because they are easier to run and can still bring good conversions. the key is testing different creatives and targeting until you find what works.
 
Propeller gave me clicks but weak convos, native ads worked better for lockers, just start small and test angles
 
It won't even break even unless you have good budget to run multiple tests. You also need to understand how your target audience thinks to prepare a campaign that converts.

True, paid traffic can get expensive quickly if not managed properly. It’s best to start small, test campaigns, and track ROI carefully before scaling.

Paid traffic can work, but results vary by offer and targeting. Many CPA marketers see conversions on Facebook Ads and Google Ads if you narrow audiences and use interest or lookalike targeting. PropellerAds can work too for volume, especially with push notifications, but expect lower conversion rates. Test small first, track everything, and optimize based on which source actually converts for your specific OGAds locker.
