Voluum - Beginner friendly but costs can add up quickly once you reach your click cap.
BeMob - Also very beginner friendly and cheaper than Voluum.
Binom - Not So Beginner Friendly but you are not limited by clicks/visits etc. - You do need your own server tho.
Others i can recommend are also RedTrack, Thrive, CPV Lab and Clickflare (new one).

Binom one love. If you plan to work with a lot of traffic (I mean millions of visits, with popunder for example) or if you want really deep analytics with some custom things - Binom is your choice. Yes, you'll need server for that, but support will do everything for you, just pay for it. I think bin is the best tracker for professionals so far, with events, super fast analytics etc.
But if you are just started I recommend to use cloud Bemob or Adsbridge. Both have free plans with 100k free events (clicks+conversions+smth else) so you'll have everything you need for free.

Is CPV lab able to filter bot traffic? Can you mention please names of best trackers to filter bots ?

I mentioned CPV lab for PPV traffic because it's self hosted, when you run loads of traffic, that would be the wisest decision.
