Anyone know some good tools for IG scraping with good filtering features?

I mainly want to be able to filter by geolocation, eg. filter out profiles from India and other countries
And I am looking to target marketing agencies on IG

I'd use a specific scraper service to do this rather than getting a tool of your own. There's some BST's here
 
You can use automation tools that have it built in. For example, Susocial and fanzella have it built in. You can ask there support team to double check.
 
Straight up: scraping IG profiles with filtering by location isn’t safe — most tools do it outside IG rules and get blocked. Legit options are social listening tools with official API access, or manual research using geotags and niche hashtags.

SuSocial and Fanzella are ass. The best scrapers are usually privately run (cause they are using IAM with their own stack of accounts). If you are looking for 100k+ lead gen then neither of the tools i mentioned would work for you.
 
Have you tried Phantombuster for scraping?
 
That's a super ambitious wish list. Reliable tools with that level of specific filtering are usually either super expensive enterprise-level solutions or they'll just get your account flagged faster than you can say 'engagement rate'
