Hey all,

any recommendations on which tools to use for finding keywords that the website may already be ranking for but am not aware of?

Following this as fed up using ones that advertise being free but only show 10 results

I thought it did but I can't find that section anymore.
it's the QUERIES tab under the Performance tab of your GSC. And if you wish to see which keywords a specific URL of your site ranks for simply click on "New > Page" button (like in the attached image) and add the URL of the page you wish to check and you will see all queries (if any are available) that people use to find your URL

Google Search Console can show you that

More specifically under Performance. There, you should be able to see several tabs below the table showing Clicks, Impressions, CTR, and AVG Position.

This is what you have access to...
  • Queries
  • Pages
  • Countries
  • Devices
  • Search Appearance
  • Dates
At the top right, you can hit the "EXPORT" button and generate a report in Google Sheets or Excel.

Take into account those reports have a limitation of 1,000 entries.

Cheers!!

I usually use Ahrefs and semrush with manual verification (chrome). Pro tip: group buy accounts when you don't have the fund or even if you do. I still stick to group buys even after all this years.

Hey all,

Simply use Ahref.
Login -> Site Explorer -> Organic Keywords "Under Organic Search" -> Where you can find all the keywords already ranking.

Try it. If you dont have an account and want to check for only 1 or 2 sites. We can help you with this.

Semrush, ahrefs.

Google Search Console,
Google Keyword Planner,
Semrush,
Ahrefs.

what is the difference between ahrefs, semrush and Google search console? i mean why should you pay extra if Google already give you the information for free?

I use Keyword Planner and K-meta Tool most of the time, another tools too expensive for me...

The 10+ best keyword research tools ,
  • SEMrush
  • KWFinder
  • Ahrefs Keyword Explorer
  • Google Keyword Planner.
  • GrowthBar.
  • Long Tail Pro.
  • Majestic.
  • Keyword Tool.
  • Serpstat.
  • Moz Keyword Explorer.
  • SpyFu.

Google search console will show you ranking queries on your site. I use Semrush to find new keywords to target though.

Basically any quality keywords research tool will provide you this kind of information, sometimes you may even look into Google Search Console, since it's free and can give you more insights about your current ranking, and if you want more thorough data, then you could use tools like Ahrefs or SEMRush.
