There are many tools to check Keywords Rank. Like serpbook, rankwatch, proranktracker and semrush. But the most usefull tool is rankwatch. In rankwatch, they offer 14days free trail. And also it gives lot of features like add tag to your keyword and you can choose plan depending upon your need.

Honestly I think the best tool right now is Rank Tracker. But I use EZ Rank Tracker and it is kind of bad haha but it is cheap and has no monthly fees. I like it for what it is, but the #1 thing I don't like about it is that if you fall off the rankings for a keyword, it will not keep the "0"... so basically every time you run the keyword tracker it will say you've gone from whatever down to "0"... So that is not very helpful. But it's very cheap, no monthly costs, etc.

I'm using SerpFox because it's almost as cheap as Serpbook but I love its user interface ... Personal taste mainly.
