Best Targetted Email List Provider?

Hello all,

I'm getting some traction with my online store, I plan to boost more with cold emailing. I already have setup a couple of SMTP's that has a potential to send 24K Emails per day (2 months of Warm-up required tho).
Currently however, I only have 700,000 verified emails. I'm still looking for more - any reputable email list sellers here?
