Best Spinner error

When i try to install and run best spinner it gives an error.

It is installed properly but when we try to run on window 8 than it gives error.

Can someone guide me regarding this?

Yes please share the screen shot of error with is so we can help you in this BTW most of SEO tools need Net Frame Work updated make sure you have updated your net-framework before installing TBS.

Thanks for that, I think in window 8 Net frame work is already installed.
