I'm not here to promote or post links. Just curious what high traffic sites would be worth advertising my own webcam model site. I'm developing one geared towards panties and socks, hopefully this narrows it down. I'm thinking buying a few banner advertisements and reaching out to some blogs. Is it worth to buy adds in print magazines... are those still a thing?

Print magazines would be bad. Also, what exactly is your business model? - just so we can get some more info.
If you're doing models (what are you selling?) I'd probably go with PPC traffic, not so much blogs. You can't really come up with informative content about webcam models in infographics or anything that blogs will share - unless you pay them to.
And for PPC, you're going to need a lot of start-up money. Think $500-1000 minimum to get off the ground - as a safety net in case it doesn't work in the beginning, so you can tweak until profitability.
