There are many panels available online with refillable youtube views. As per my knowledge, presently views that are working now are low retention views (25 seconds+) which drop 50-10%.

For 4000 hours of watchtime you have to buy 432k views from some panel.

Why views drop in this last 2 months? Do you think youtube updates something??

Basically for high retention views, Youtube is constantly updating there algorithms to prevent spam views. For low retention views, they are generally real views and are dropped because of same person viewing same video multiple times.
 
Its 5-10% and not 50-10%.

smmglobe is providing HQ views with high retention rate, as i am using them so i can tell they are good for youtube views but not for comments or likes.
