clarification: about the account that got disabled, i must say that i suspect it was related to account creation process/phone verification, maybe something that related to the SMS service triggered it, maybe the phone number was flagged alrady by Google/YouTube or the fact i used a phone number from other country that is not as the country i opened the account from (it used to work in the past, i guess they became very very strict lately )
anyway, so it's not related to the views i checked and about to re-check again

Why do people re upload popular videos ..... like Full Dragon Ball Z movies. They then modify the Volume a little bit (faster or slower)
Why is this? Does modifying the speed of the volume cause them to not get these videos deleted?

it works in some cases, if you trim video algorithm will easy find you but when you do some other stuff like changing speed of video ( and maybe also some trim ) it will work

yes, changing the video speed and other parameters may help to re-upload copyright content, but the content ID detections also improve over time
i saw many channels that uploads copyright content using a picture in picture template to avoid detection

I just left them a review. Don't try to use this smm service. They only know how to promise. The last time, about a YEAR ago, I needed views on a stream. I specified in the tickets whether they work exactly and other questions. As a result I have been streaming all day reading promises that there will be views in a few minutes. Nothing happened.

Read reviews of SMM panels in other YouTube topics. This is not just my experience of using them. Everyone will confirm that this is a waste of money. The maximum that you will get is the numbers under the video, but they will not give any effect to your channel, only organic traffic can do this. But that's another story.
I don't even need organic views, just a number under the video. But both now and a year ago this panel does nothing. Just like all the other panels

The Provider will contact you if you have a big website with 2k + $ orders per day. I now some Panels too which are near the Provider. But they closed the registrations because big panels like smmkings* resell their Services so they dont bother about thier "small" customers.
*i now that smmkings is reselling from a panel which is near the Provider. This was the reason why i menitoned them
