I currently have 10 registered sites using free web hosting services (with Site Builder). I'm using BraveSites, Weebly, GoDaddy and Dinstudio (not free). Are there any better hosting services than BraveSites (BraveNet)? I've been using them for a long time but their service is crappy and not reliable. They actually deleted one of my favourite websites accidentally a few days ago!!

I need a Site Builder to simplify web design but I must also be allowed to edit the template's source code. Registering a domain should not be more than $12 p/y. A lot of web apps included would also be cool.

Any ideas where I can find the above mentioned or similar?

for what purposes are you using these shitty site builders ?
If you are using them as web2.0 for tiered link building then its okay , But not for website design .
buy some hosting , get a domain for $ 1 and install wordpresss with 1 click.
wordpress has a pretty good WYSIWYG editor and you can also add all those widgets that you could use on those websites via plugin manager . And yes there are a million themes.

    anyways here is a list
