Best settings for repost on GMT2

What settings should I use for reposting content on GMT2. preferably viral/interesting content but right now i can't get it working at all so any advice appreciated.
Q1 Do you target by hashtags/singleusername etc.
Q2 What settings do you use for delay/amount of users to interact with?

Any other advice would be great aswell.
