Except he did the exact OPPOSITE by contacting colleges/campus's and getting the students to sign up effectively bypassing Google and other search engines altogether.

Ok guys I have been inactive for the past few days I was going to invest money in this SEO service http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/579742-egobait-search-engine-optimization-star-unique-bhw-white-hat-search-engine-optimization-limited-15-customers-only-3.html but after reading the replies on his thread it seems that hes a scammer like most of the seoers on this site i am frustrated can someone recommend me a real service? don't say you are the best seo'er if you're not i am not a fool to believe you i am a very skeptic guy so please be honest and tell me which service is the best one on this forum? or it doesnt exist? i am trying to rank a very competitive niche
 
Also I have the budget for seo and i want to rank it fast within a week or so
 
In my opinion the best SEO is simply the person which good knowledge, but more importantly, the most connections and resources at their disposal.

SEO is all about visibility, driving traffic and getting links in very powerful places. This usually comes with connections to many communities, people and places online with established sources of traffic.

I supposed the correct term is leverage.

So in 2 months you have not been able to research and find a reliable SEO provider?
Oh, the only one you did consider was shut down.

I suggest you take your time into researching into what most of the search engine optimizers on BHW offer and then by looking at their offers you'll be able to decide which one has the best service, in your opinion.

If you're looking at saving money I suggest you try out the new SEO services as they normally give bonuses to their first few customers.

But overall remember a lot of people can fake their reviews by simply asking their friends to make reviews, so be careful.

If you have asked for a best Seo trick to rank that could have a better question rather then looking for Best SEO'er its all about time and experience if you keep working on seo stuff's and keep learning there is no way you cant say you're the best everyone is best in there own way and in the end what matter is did you manage to get good clients and good success and reputation If the answer is Yes then you could be a Best SEO'er as well.

Well if you dont have the time to learn that "shit" than i suppose you have the money..

My suggestion is that you buy a couple of domains and buy a package from each SEO Service on here for every domain.. See which one works the best and eureka you have your winner..

Anyway OP, please update us when you purchase these SEO services and let us know your opinion.

Obviously your opinion isn't worth much because you won't be able to evaluate the services.
