Best SEO theme?

There is no best SEO theme.
The SEO is up to the Internet Marketer.
If your SEO skillsets are sub par, but you use the best SEO theme or SEO plugin in the world, your site will not rank.
If your SEO skills are excellent, you will rank even though your theme sucks!
What you should seek is functionality and navigation for your target market.
Here is a short list of UGLY sites that rake in the big bucks!
The DrudgeReport dot com is another ugly site that rakes in the big Adsense bucks.

This is spot on!
One key factor that does affect your site´s SEO performance and it´s directly related with the theme you choose is its loading time.
Having this in mind, I strongly suggest you pick a theme that is lightweight, fast loading and mobile responsive.
Based on this, I would pick one of the following...
- Astra Pro
- OceanWP
- GeneratePress
- Neve
If you end up choosing a feature-right theme, they usually come with a price you will need to compensate with a fast hosting service.
Other than that, I 100% agree with @Crewchief007.

I am using Astra Pro + Elementor Pro and thus far I believe it is the best combination. Especially since Astra offers starter sites fully build and compatible with Elementor so, you can easily have a brand new site up and running in minutes.
Although I recently tested Thrives' new theme builder and I must say, it is amazing how they layout the process of building a brand new site.
The problem for me was, customizing the site after. It wasn´t such a user-friendly experience in comparison to Elementor.
Again, I don´t have that much experience using Thrive Architect but it shouldn´t be that hard so, I instantly switched back to Astra + Elementor.

I use a number of themes with Elementor simply because I build a ton of sites for clients.
As far as Thrives Theme, I stopped using but may go back for some projects later this year.
That stated, the OP can't go wrong with Astra + Elementor.
