BEST SEO COURSE IN 2019?

As the title says, I really want myself getting involve into SEO. I have seen many SEO courses but almost all of them are outdated or is paid (I don't have any problem paying but since PAYPAL or online credit card transactions are still not available in my area, am kinda stuck).
