tools use some imaging plugins so the output wont be good. DBC is a human backed service so works but will cost money. Besides recaptcha is difficult to break. I only know xrumer which can break some captchas.

captchatronix is the best and cheapest one to use. And also you may try out this, Death By Captcha is website that provides an API for solving captchas. The service is backed by humans in their website. Cheap too.

Spamvilla has been dead for long.
There are several complaints about the OCR solvers especially the reCaptcha ones. For the normal ones, GSA captcha breaker works fine for me at least for a free product (I mean one time payment only)
For the human paid captcha solvers, I use all the three major captcha solvers i.e. DBC, Decapther and 2Captcha. All of them are good in their own work. However, DBC and 2Captcha works with the latest Google image recaptcha (not sure if Decaptcher implemented it yet). Maybe check on the price and base it on the same.
Again Captchatronix and Reverseproxies OCR are monthly subscription and so, they are in a way free for unlimited usage for the month even if you use them day and night for the threads purchased. So, even if they are not that accurate but you would save some money if you use a lot of services all throughout the day using reCaptcha. Decide based on your requirements.
