Hello, please, is there anyone that could suggest me good PPV or PPC ad networks with good real and the cheapest traffic for Brazil? (i know that cheap traffic is not good in the majority of times, but i found some good and cheap pop advertising sources that converts for me in sales.) The point is that with brazilian commissions i need cheap traffic..

Do not suggest popads because I cant join it due to their restrictions about Brazil. They dont want Brazilian customers, a friend of mine tried to open an account there and they have been very rude and he has been banned.

So, i need the cheapest options for Brazil, want to run RON campaigns with general affiliate offers, pop campaigns, also ppc text ads campaigns or 0click campaigns.
