Best PPC for Brasil website

Hello,

I'm currently running a Brasil (Portuguese) website with AdSense with around 1.3 million pageviews per month. The CPC is only $0,04 average, which I think is really low. Does any of you know other PPC platforms that might offer higher CPC's for Brasil websites?

If it's mostly mobile traffic - that is about average.

You can run affiliate offers and get EPC's as high as $.10-.20 in BR but that is only on certain carriers.

Well, 60% is desktop and 30% mobile, 10% tablet.
