BEST POSTING FREQUENCY?!

I work i =n the pet niche. And wanted to ask what is the best posting frequency generally?!

No matter the niche, it seems that most of big accounts only post 1-2 times a day.

The best posting frequency is how many HQ viral posts you have for that day. Some accounts post 5, some 1, some 10.

People go on instagram to look at content so thats the most important piece if you're trying to build an actual account
