I already hosting and bypassing dmca for these host
They can ignore, but if they want they can suspend you with this message "You violate our terms of service", just be careful. Because they don't suspend doesn't mean they allow it. They only don't suspend because they don't receive anything.

I just ask from blue angel host they are good but they dont allow to upload audios and videos to there shared hosting servers.

Go for hosts with affordable VPS hosting, because if you want to work with videos then VPS hosting would be apt. Contact the host to get customized hosting solution that will fit your budget.
Stop say shit, banahosting don't allow that. Just check their TOS. You are only saying that to sell without caring about customers.

i think Abelohost is the best one.it is a DMCA ignored host.
