Best Offshore hosting ?

Hello bros !!
I just want to find best Offshore hosting that ignore DMCA and that allows to upload audios and videos to shared hosting :)
I just ask from blue angel host they are good but they dont allow to upload audios and videos to there shared hosting servers.
Guys Need your suggestions and opinions :)

I dont have too much money to maintain a vps :(

Some will say OVH, honestly I say a moldova or russia vps provider. Like hostkey or blazingfast. aminserve was recommended on lowendtalk and webhostingtalk before as well for DMCA violators :D.

Are those allowed to upload videos on their shared hosting?or just on vps?

Shared hosting in my experience gets DMCA more often. VPS is more ideal. There are guides on digitalocean and linode for setting up nginx to host your own site.
 
You dont get good offshore shared hosting. If you really want dmca ignored server you need to rent vps.
 
offshore-servers.com is not too bad..good uptime which is pretty uncommon for offshore hosts

I wouldnt suggest OVH. OVH complies with DMCA so if they get anything they will shut you down.

Hello, I am representative from BlueAngelHost and I think maybe we already talked on ticket about your requirement. If not then let me try to explain you here. uploading or audio / video files doesn't only require diskspace and Bandwidth, this kind of website require good amount of CPU and Ram resources as well which is not possible on any shared hosting. so if you want to start a website where you can distribute movies, albums e,t,c you have to buy VPS or Dedicated for sure, alternatively you can get simple shared hosting and setup your website and upload all your audio/video files to some video hosting service like openload.co or jetload.tv which are completely free to use and offer unlimited Diskspace and Bandwidth, after uploading there you can get embed code from their and link them to your website, so your site visitors will download from openload.co e,t,c this will also give you some earning as openload has affiliate program.
this is the only cheapest option you have, uploading your own videos needs very high resources and it can never be done on Shared hosting.

I would not follow this advice. They all comply with DMCA. Just google hosts that ignore DMCA.
 
Have you tried undershosts.com ? They ignore DMCAs. Maybe you should look into that together with blueangelhost

Thanks Alex. i am shopping for the same. you mentioned renting vps. would this be with DMCA ignore hosting or just any hosting company? if so, will the hosting company allow me to ignore DMCA notices? thank you
 
Alexhost.md ignore DMCA, try it. Like papa_ji said there no way to upload files on Shared Hosting it uses a lot of CPU and RAM resources.

If you want hosting provider that ignore DMCA, I suggest you Alexhost.md they're cheap but avoid Shared Hosting to host anything, do it on Dedicated Server or VPS.
You have my word, alexhost ignores DMCA complaints.

2x4.ru also, but isn't cheap.

123systems is extreme cheap and ignores dmca
 
If openload (or similar) is used then you can use any offshore provider in EU/RU.
Worh to say that openload (or similar) will takedown the uplaoded data once and if they receive a complain and so you will have to reupload it and so on..
