I'm hosting my streaming site on VPS from http://www.linuxssdvps.com . They are offshore VPS provider and I'm actually really happy with them. I'm using their service for months and dont have any issue or downtime.
I'm using their business plan with 60GB SSD 4GBRAM and 2CPU of 3.4Ghz for like 55$ . Last night I pay for another 3 months to get use of their Christmas promotion of 1 month free and have also order their 500Gbps DDOS protection that normally cost 20$/mo So currently saved 75$
They allow Streaming from 3rd party, Adult content and gaming servers. You can even pay with Bitcoins !
