Any recommendations on a reliable offshore host with good support?

THanks

I recommend Bluehost, been with them a long time now and I am also from the UK... Great customer service and definately affordable, worth looking in to.

Do they allow you to embed copyright content?

Thanks!

From their ToS (link at the bottom)

Chances are they turn a blind eye, but they state copyrighted material is NOT allowed tbh...

If you're site is for Ware, I wouldn't recommend BlueHost. They're a good hosting company for NORMAL websites, but I had some trouble with them once in the past years ago when I was into Warez. Long story lol

WeServIT is one of the best offshore hosting..The migration is free and server will be setup with in 1hr the most

try the anonymous hosting from the pirate bay people. I forget the name.

As I know, the allow.

If they get a complaint from the trademark owners they will shut the hosting down without warning. It happened to me a few weeks ago.

I have an account with Blue Host and I have a lot of domains with trademarked terms in them. Blue Host got a complaint from one of the companies whose name I was using in a domain and I got an email saying "Your hosting has been disabled due to trademark infringement" or some shit.

I called them and all I had to do was un-assign that domain from my account, but it was still bullshit because they completely shut off my hosting without any sort of warning at all so my sites were down for a little while.

I would strongly recommend not using BH if you plan on having copyrighted stuff on your site or in your domain.

What's wrong with germany? Hetzner is quite okay. Also there is netdirekt which is okay.

Do not not not not buy any hosting that advertises that they "allow copyrighted content". They will be short-lived, and are ALWAYS far downstream affiliates/resellers that will be terminated when this advertising is pointed out to the upstream provider.

No legitimate hosting provider will ever advertise that they ignore copyright law in any form, so-called linked or otherwise.

Buy a dedicated server from some company that you trust or know somebody inside of. If this is impossible, get a dedicated box, preferably one that isn't American, and don't get too big.
