Hello just wondering what are some of your best offline marketing techniques? The best techniques for gorilla marketing I came up with so far for selling my logos and art is to make a stamp and stamp dollar bills with my website or IG on them. I also thought about making a spray paint cut out so I can easily and quickly spray paint my website or IG with a design on sidewalks etc. I would imagine not everyone will be happy about it but what can I say. Also a third one would be to hand out beer I made with cool designs I have drawn. What is your take on these gorilla marketing techniques?

Probably not the best idea but you are thinking and that is something one should find commendable.

Best offline marketing that just costs you time and not money, would be personal face-to-face interaction. I've tried a lot of different techniques whether it's flyers, newspapers etc and unless you've got the money to scale and test it's hard to find a reliable return.

Find where your ideal customer hides, then go right to the source and give em your pitch.

Would highly depend on your niche.
There was an old thread around here were the guy hired some cute girls to hand out flyers for a dating offer around a college campus.

We print A6 cards. Go to stores where competitors products are listed and place a little card in the empty display rack. It tends to stay in place for a little while because the stores are big chains little notice is taken!

Card has branding, price differences and USPs... It does OK we get a few sales from it. Problem is people who buy the product in these locations normally do it because they want it there and then.

depends on the niche, but I absolutely love networking events. You will have to pay a fee to get into the best ones, but the value you get out of those (contacts, connections, etc.) can be insane.

Yes I definitely understand what your saying there. Maybe if it where a clothing brand I think it may work out a bit better now that I’m thinking about it. I would definitely see it being harder to sell logos and art this way. But I live in Philadelphia so I feel like it be nearly impossible for some of the stuff not to get notice and plus I’m a 10$ train ride from Atlantic City. It’s definitely colder out so maybe this is a better summer adventure but shit spray paint is a dollar hahah.

Really like this idea. Just go to Zumez and Tillys and Spencer’s and put stickers into the pockets.

Completely depends on the niche and how far you are willing to go to shock people into remembering your brand whilst still sticking within the law.

Spray painting the sidewalk - probably not the best idea because well... you're breaking the law and also putting your name on there. Another thought as that you're selling logos. So straight away you aren't looking professional, most companies wouldn't hire someone who was tagging their neighbourhood.

Also, it's guerilla marketing :).

I agree, attorneys who do free consultations get their fair share of freeloaders but the word-of-mouth transmission from the good clients is worth its weight in gold.

Your right I’ll keep the logo marketing online and do shirts the others ways.

Paying people to brag your skills. People want what others have and if they are bragging. they want to brag themselves too and they will come to you.

E.g. If someone will start spreading that LogoKing made their logo and their brand started growing BECAUSE of that, they will come to you. Have a horde of people promoting you like that then you're set for life with logo deals :)

Yeah reminds me of the you tube channel Trash it just blew up and people wanted their content to be released through them. If OP can grasp some influencers to promote even better. Anything but spray painting a sidewalk, but @OP, I can try and get you a discount on an attorney should you need one.

The other one we do as well although its not really "gorilla" we print 25,000 flyers every year and leave a stack of 100-200 with clubs, take aways, sport centres notice boards, we do the same in hairdressers anywhere where people stand around and will look at something to read or pick up a flyer.

Specific shops that sell similar products < most will let you place them on the checkout!

This is how we tested the new business before even taking it online!

Not that for sure, why don't you place a big board at the entrance of your town instead??
