AdCombo had some African offers in the past if I remember correctly, don't know about now but they were okay in terms of payment in the past.

I’m currently using some of these networks, but they’ve become very expensive. What would you advise—should I continue using them or look for solo publishers to run the offer?
I have never worked with a direct publisher before.

ClickBank is a decent affiliate network, but overall, they're all pretty much the same—the only difference is how often they pay out.
