Yeah, its worse pay but the CVR from my experience is a couple times better than others just due to the easy nature of completing their offers (CPI). It adds up to around the same from when I've split-tested.

DMCA notices usually goes to the domain and hosting providers. First get a domain that doesn't care about DMCA. Secondly use cloudflare to hide the ip address of your hosting provider.

ideally, a DMCA ignored hosting is what to go with, but you can go with some foreign hosting companies as many do need a proper legal action to shut you down
