The best niche for a newbie is a niche that you truly understand, having knowledge of it, and passionate about. Base on your blog topic then you will decide which platform will be best to drive traffic to your blog. Let's say you're passionate about home gardening, then for sure Pinterest and Google will be a great traffic source for your niche.

Is it possible to get organic traffic by only posting quality articles on a blog ( for some one who doesn't know SEO) ? Thanks
Choose a niche in which you are able to write confidently. Get 2-3 options with the before mentioned way and check them. KW research, advertising opportunities, chances to rank it well, etc. If you will find out some targets and get some data you could make your decision.

Hi, when I started blogging the first thing which came in my mind is what exactly I am interested in and good at form anyone else and with what particular information my audience will connect with me and then I started with fashion blogging and I have reached 100s of people in my niche. so the point is you can start with any niche which you are good at and interested in that way you will connect with your audience better.
I think it's important to do something you absolutely love and can talk about all day--because people buy WHY you do it. Your passion radiates and is contagious when selling whatever it is you sell; whether it's your personal brand in the form of content, a product, or service...people BUY YOU. Sure you can be fake and get people to fall for it, but that's short term thinking

It depends on your approach, a) are you going to write the content yourself or b) outsource it
if a) then it should be something you know or you follow regularly, but it should also not be very competitive. You can check it out with keyword research tools like ahrefs
if b) then your personal preference shouldn't matter that much and instead there should be 100% focus on finding the least competitive niches that can be profitable

I think anything that is presented well and to the appropriate audience, works!
I've realized from my experience that everything is taken by the audience, it's just a matter of temporary trends which make one thing popular than the others at a given time. This keeps changing, though.
