Best Method to get "Leads?"

Hi Friends,

I am a PT web-builder (amateur) and also do PT insurance sales.

What would be the best way to get Insurance leads?

My ideas
-telemarket (have to hire a telemarket co)
-build a website and do PPC (this is dayum expensive though as clicks are in the $7 per click range).
-Try and build an website and get links to get SEO high (very competitive)
-door-to-door advertising?

Please help with your ideas (or add to the one's above).

What would be the best plan of attack?

well, you could use "churn and burn" tactics to get rank.

otherwise, you could focus on social media, forums and such. I guess you need to be a bit more creative if the price to enter this niche is too high at the moment.

You could do local marketing, there are a lot you can do online to promote your business, local seo is a different ball game. You seem to be really ready to get into this. (not everyone would consider door to door!)

I do insurance leads. You can always buy the leads. To do PPC you need a good budget...SEO takes a lot of work and time. The other issue is that when people are searching around for insurance they are bombarded with all kinds of offers, therefore your salesmanship must be top caliber or your wasting your time and money trying to get ranked.

Door-to-Door Marketing (like door hangers, etc). I can put them out with a Team in one day.

Bandit signs are another way to get leads locally.
