1. Boost posts/Page promotion (FB Ads).
2. Post interesting content (links to your site, photos & videos) frequently to your page. Best thing is to create unique content and use themes (Branding).
3. Post the content from your page to popular/related groups; especially photos and videos.
4. Live videos; Trying streaming a hot/new movie (be sure to remove copyright content afterwards), a live event (such as PPV, sports, party, TV news etcs), you can event use funny videos from Youtube.
5. Jack follows from your website to PVA accs and Share content from Page to the profiles' timeline.
6. Invite friends from PVA accs to like your page; "Send invite in message". Also, use your friends and family accs to get started.
7. Like Jacking from your website to your page.
8. Use automation to share your page via PM to scraped accounts from related groups/pages.
9. Use PVA accounts to mass comment/like on content from your page.
10. Link with other page admins and share for share content across pages.

Facebook ads are really helpful to reach more people. You can promote your FB page on Facebook. You also join different Facebook groups and share your page, ask people to join. Make more friends and invite them to your page.
