I've heard good things about sendblaster but dont know If this works on VPS or not :/

I used sendblaster but it require smtp - smtp is very expensive if want send 100k mails daily
so Im looking for any soft which can install on VPS or maybe an yways that can send via Sendblaster and don't buy smtp ? or buy any cheap smtp ?

Free and cheap software don't offer the flexibility and tons of features required to craft better results. You can try MUMARA alternative to Interspire, optimized to work with PowerMTA. However, IEM and PowerMTA still a good combination. Plus, if the email volume is around 100k emails daily, I would also suggest sending from dedicated server and not from the shared stream..

Back in the days I used a service called send-safe for this. You can send mails from your own computer or a remote computer with or without using proxies. Hope it helps.

PowerMTA is SMTP server application, while Interspire is used for list management, campaign management and monitoring of the sent email campaigns. Both these are separate things.
I just added you on yahoo, I will like you to share more light to me on how to use the poermta and interspire
