Best Interspire add-ons for maxumum inbox rate

Hi guys,

I had a question, we are going to start with sending emails with Interspire (200k daily) , someone recommend to get the add-ons below.
What do you guys think, is this a good setup or overkill?

Inboxing: Multiple MTA, Subject Rotation, From Rotation, Links Rotation, Content Rotation
Speed Increase: Multi Thread + PMTA
Getting SPAM Complaint: Feedback Loop Addon
