I don't know you, but I prefer to have something for free instead of paying for it. Especially if the free version gives you more flexibility.
InstaPy is totally free and not that hard to setup.
It's run on python, there is no GUI so it doesn't require much RAM.
The only problem is that you'll need a host computer. Could be yours or a VPS.
VPS costs would be cheaper than buying/renting bots.

I would say there cannot be a particular bot which can be considered best because all of them are different in their own ways and everyone has their own choice. Someone might like a feature of one bot while another feature of a different bot.
The best way to check which one works the best for you is to head out to the BHW Marketplace, try them out, most of them would have a trial and then choose the one which works the best for you.

It costed about $3 a month when it first came out, but you paid for crappy bot.
Now it's much improved, hence the higher price.
